What do employees want? 🤯

By Erica Keswin

What do you think employees want more than anything?

If you’re like most employers, you think it’s:

  1. Compensation
  2. Work-life balance
  3. Remote work options

According to a recent study from McKinsey, what employees really want is connection.

Yep. Good ol’ human belonging and connection. And room for growth and flexible work are also important.

While this may have been a surprise to some, it’s not a surprise to me.

Which is why I’m so excited to share my new website that’s all about how to become a great human leader—especially in the age of AI.

Jump right to the speaking page if you’re interested in learning how I can bring this important message to your workplace.

Because as you’ve heard me say before, left to our own devices, we aren’t connecting. Great human leaders not only understand the importance of connecting employees to each other and the organization, they’re intentional to make it happen.

Over the next few weeks I will share more about the characteristics that all great human leaders have in common and introduce you to some of my favorite leaders who truly walk the walk and talk the talk.

I would love to hear what you think of my new website. And, thank you to Nadine Hanafi who helped me bring it to life.
